Terms & Conditions for Lotte Duty Free Melbourne Airport "Spend & Save" Promotion

1. Promotion Overview

1.1. The "Spend & Save" Promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Lotte Duty Free at Melbourne Airport ("Lotte Duty Free", "we", "our", "us") and is governed by these Terms & Conditions.

1.2. The Promotion is available to customers who make purchases at Lotte Duty Free store located at Melbourne Airport.

2. Eligibility

2.1. This Promotion is open to all customers who are 18 years of age or older and are traveling internationally.

2.2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Lotte Duty Free, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion begins on 8/8/2024 and ends on 30/8/2024 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period may be extended or shortened at the discretion of Lotte Duty Free.

4. How to Participate

4.1. To participate, customers must spend a minimum amount of $200 AUD in a single transaction at any Lotte Duty Free store located at Melbourne Airport.

4.2. Upon reaching the minimum spend, customers will receive a discount or voucher ("Promotion Reward") as detailed in the Promotion offer.

4.3. The Promotion Reward will be applied to the customer's purchase at checkout or provided as a voucher for future use, depending on the specific terms of the Promotion.

5. Promotion Reward

5.1. The Promotion Reward details are as follows: Spend $200 and enjoy 10% off, Spend $350 and enjoy 15% off, Spend $500 and enjoy 20% off. *Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash. Offers exclude Tobacco, Technology, Chanel, Breitling, Aesop and Tudor. Other T&Cs apply.

5.2. The Promotion Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

5.3. Each Promotion Reward is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at Lotte Duty Free’s discretion.

6. General Conditions

6.1. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.2. Lotte Duty Free reserves the right to disqualify any individual or transaction that appears to violate these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent activities or abuse of the Promotion.

6.3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our website or in-store notices.

6.4. By participating in this Promotion, customers consent to the use of their personal information for promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.1. Lotte Duty Free is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Promotion Rewards.

7.2. Lotte Duty Free is not liable for any issues arising from the use of this Promotion, including but not limited to system errors, technical failures, or loss of connection.

8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
