Our “Price Matters” price guarantee is designed to give customers confidence that Lotte Duty Free Oceania’s liquor* prices are cheaper than or match the prices at Dan Murphy’s (a prominent liquor retailer in Australia) for identical products. We continuously monitor and exceed Dan Murphy’s advertised prices across a wide selection of spirits, ensuring you always get the best price.
This Campaign applies to purchases made in Lotte Duty Free Oceania's physical stores in select locations and online, where applicable.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your region, whichever is higher) at the time of purchase. The Company strictly adheres to legal requirements and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol. We reserve the right to request identification from any customer to verify their age and identity at the time of purchase and upon pick-up.
Our “Price Matters” price guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms supplement our other terms of business on our website.
General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, the purchase of liquor and alcohol from us, and the rights and obligations of our customers ("you" or "the customer") and the Company. By purchasing in-store and online, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase. Price Comparison Guidelines Eligible Products: The Campaign applies only to *select spirit products as advertised that are available both on Lotte Duty Free Oceania's website or physical stores and on Dan Murphy's website. *Eligible products as advertised include but are not limited to categories like whiskey, vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and other spirits.
Identical Product Criteria
As part of the price comparison process, the product being compared must be identical in every way. This includes the same:
• Brand
• Product type (e.g., whiskey, rum)
• Size and packaging (e.g., 700ml bottle)
• Alcoholic content
• Country of origin
• Variant (e.g., regular, limited edition, single malt, etc.)
Competitor Price
Price comparisons will be made based on the final price of the product, including all applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges listed by Dan Murphy’s for the product. The competitor's price must be publicly available and valid at the time the price comparison is requested.
Price Comparison
The price comparison must be based on the current regular price of the product at Dan Murphy’s (not promotional or sale prices). The product must be available for immediate purchase from Dan Murphy’s, either through their website or physical store.
Competitor Eligibility
Only products listed for sale on Dan Murphy’s official website (www.danmurphys.com.au) or in its physical stores are eligible for price comparison. The product must be in stock at Dan Murphy’s at the time of the price comparison request.
Promotions and Sales
The price guarantee does not apply to products purchased through special promotions, discounts, or seasonal sales events such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, or Christmas promotions at Dan Murphy’s.
Membership or Loyalty Discounts
Products sold through Dan Murphy’s membership or loyalty program, corporate discounts, or bulk-buying programs are excluded.
Third-Party Sellers
Price comparisons are not valid for products sold by third-party vendors, resellers, or unauthorized sellers through Dan Murphy’s, or through online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, etc.
Pricing Errors
The price guarantee does not apply if Dan Murphy’s has listed a product at an incorrect or erroneous price.
Bulk Purchases
Price matches are not valid for bulk purchases or products sold at wholesale prices.
Product Information and Pricing
The Company makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and other information provided on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exempted from import and export tax. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
Returns
All returns are subject to Lotte Duty Free Oceania’s standard return and exchange policy. Liquor products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

(1) Changes to the Campaign: Lotte Duty Free Oceania reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice. Any changes will be communicated on the campaign page or via email to registered participants.
(2) Fraudulent Activity: Lotte Duty Free Oceania reserves the right to dismiss any claims from individuals found engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate the price comparison process.
(3) Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
